Beef bones jelly is ready to add to jar

Prior Nanalicious’s journey, I often opened the fridge and wondering what did I have there to make a bowl of soup, or quickly marinate the meat to cook a dinner for two hungry kids. It was not only taking a lot of time and effort to create something full of flavours, but also it is hard to enjoy cooking while you are under huge pressure of time.

My grandmother used to say “You always have to have something stored in the cupboard – the fridge nowadays – to make the magic”. I was sure she was right because my grandparents were running a small business and my grandmother had to manage the household to feed 10 people at least at a time.

So Beef bones jelly was created when I first started the Nanalicious, easy to make, keep it up to 4 weeks, and most importantly it can be used in multiple ways, such as marinate the meats, vegetables, making soup and create a pan of gravy in no time.

Let’s try and make a jar of jelly, tell me how do you find the recipe. Thank you, Nanalicious.
